The Algoma Housing Authority was established to provide safe and sanitary low-income apartments in Algoma, WI, for individuals and double occupants. Today, the authority manages 39 total apartment rentals at Grand View Terrace, which includes 35 one-bedroom apartments and 4 two-bedroom apartments, some of which are wheelchair adapted. These Algoma apartments are designed to meet the needs of the community.

Our funding comes from tenant-paid rents and grants from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), ensuring that no municipal tax dollars are used in the operations of the Housing Authority.
