Grand View Terrace Apartments is a three story building that houses 39 apartments. Residents enjoy common areas such as a kitchen, dining hall, and sunroom. On each floor there is a laundry room, a lounge area, and storage rooms. Outside, residents have a large back yard and garden plots. The Algoma Housing Authority office is located onsite with regular operating hours. There is also an elevator, a security system and an emergency call system.

A few comfy chairs and tables in front of large windows makes socializing or doing puzzles a little more fun. Each apartment has a corresponding locked private storage unit on the same floor.
LARGE BACK YARD / GARDEN PLOTS
In the back, you'll find a wide open back yard and raised garden beds that can be reserved for the green thumb. Tenants can keep the same plot year after year, so the perennials are very welcome!
