Grand View Terrace is a well-maintained three-story building offering charming apartments in a quiet and relaxing small city setting in Algoma, Wisconsin. Pets are welcome, making it an ideal choice among animal lovers.

Our enforced smoke-free building offers a range of amenities ideal for those seeking smoke free apartments. Enjoy wheelchair accessible entrances, an elevator, and a community room with a kitchen perfect for gatherings. Relax in our lounge areas furnished with comfortable chairs and books, and engage in various social activities. The outdoor courtyards with seating and raised garden beds for tenants enhance the living experience. Additional features include reserved parking spaces, on-site maintenance staff, a 24-hour indoor refuse and recycling room, and a securely locked facility. For your convenience, we provide coin-operated laundry facilities, and indoor mailboxes, making these apartments an excellent choice for comfortable living.

Our apartments feature smoke detectors and a building-wide smoke alarm system for your safety. Enjoy the comfort of ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, as well as bathrooms equipped with showers, grab bars, exhaust fans, toilets, and vanities. The kitchen in each of our apartments comes with oak cabinets, an electric range, and a refrigerator. Some apartments are wheelchair adapted, ensuring accessibility for all. Rent includes heat and utilities such as electricity, water, sewer, and trash/recycling. All apartments are equipped with a refrigerator, range, and air conditioning.

Residents of Grand View Terrace may reserve the community kitchen, dining hall, or sunroom to invite family and friends for meals, meetings, small get-togethers, and games. 

Additionally, community organizations may rent these rooms at no charge.

The public may rent the community rooms as a venue for their small event for $40.  Capacity is limited to 48 persons.

Each floor of Grand View Terrace features a laundry room equipped with a coin-operated washer and dryer. The sign-up sheet ensures that every resident has a dedicated time slot to handle their laundry. A few comfy chairs and tables positioned in front of large windows make socializing or completing puzzles a bit more enjoyable. Moreover, each apartment comes with a corresponding locked private storage unit conveniently located on the same floor. 

In the back of these apartments, you'll find a wide open backyard and raised garden beds perfect for the green thumb. Tenants can keep the same plot year after year, making perennials a welcome addition!
